Rotator cuff is a group of muscles that the the head of the humerus in the socket of the shoulder joint so that This joint can function normally. However, the roator cuff muscles can be injured causing inflammation and muscle impingement. It can be very painful when doing over head activities the the hands.
This problem is first treated with exercises of the shoulder. This exercises can speed up the recovery of the rotator cuff muscle from inflammation thus the shoulder pain can become significantly better.
