Tennis elbow causes pain in the outer part of the elbow. The exercises in the videos below have been provided to ease the pain. Tennis elbow is caused by inflammation. The pain can be exacerbated by carrying heavy things.
The first treatment of tennis elbow is physiotherapy and stretching exercises.
