Trigger finger exercise help reduce finger pain and regain finger mobility. The finger often pain especially if you have a desk job or one that involves gaming or typing on the phone for a prolonged period of time. The tendons become inflamed and stiff. This condition is known as trigger finger. It is a painful condition that makes flexing and straightening fingers and thumbs difficult, makes the finger feel tender and sore. Simple tasks and daily chores can become difficult. Over time, the condition can advance to the point or more fingers become locked in place, affecting your ability to use your fingers and thumbs. Trigger finger is one of the most common causes of hand pain in adults.

Trigger finger exercise may help to manage the condition, reduce pain and keep the fingers flexible. The stretching and strengthening exercises can help increase the mobilisation of your affected tendon. You will be able to hold, grasp, form a fist, type, and do other day-to-day work without assistance. It can help decrease trigger finger symptoms and pain.
