Many people have problem with the neck and nerve impingement causing pain going down the arm. One of the underlying causes of this problem is having poor neck posture and having weak neck muscles. The neck becomes unstable. The wear and tear rate can go at a faster rate than normal. As a result, the neck becomes painful and the nerves are compressed.
Neck strengthening exercises are useful and non-invasive first line of treatment for neck problem. The following video is showing you a simple exercise to strengthen the neck muscles. Should your neck pain problems persist, please consult our orthopaedic surgeon today.
