Rotator cuff tendinitis exercises

Rotator cuff is a group of muscles  and tendons that keep the ball (head) of your upper-arm bone (humerus) in the socket of the shoulder joint so that this joint can function normally. However, the rotator cuff muscles can be injured causing inflammation and muscle impingement. It can be very painful when you lift your arm.

This problem is first treated with exercises of the shoulder. This exercises can speed up the recovery of the rotator cuff muscle from inflammation thus the shoulder pain can become significantly better.

The video below shows step-by-step exercises for rotator cuff tendinitis.
