Upper cross syndrome is a muscle imbalance around the neck due to poor posture. The neck and shoulder muscles are working too hard and become fatigue. Over long period of time, this causes neck pain which will never go away unless the muscle imbalance is treated.
Upper cross syndrome is treated with muscle balancing exercises. It can be done routinely at home. This video shows the step-by-step guide on what you can do yourself at home to treat upper cross syndrome
